Confirm Request
1. A deposit of AED 500, or as agreed upon, is required to confirm and secure your reservation.
2. Payment is by bank transfer, or as agreed upon.
3. Camp rentals are for 8 hours, or as agreed upon.
4. Camp check-in time is 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM, or as agreed upon.
5. Renters may check-in earlier for an additional fee of AED 200 per hour.
6. Camp check-out is at 12:00 PM or 1:00 AM, or as agreed upon.
7. Renters may delay check-out for an additional fee of AED 200 per hour.
8. Renters must pay a security deposit of AED 500, or as agreed upon, which will be refunded within 24 hours, after ensuring that camp items are in good condition and that there are no violations of the terms and conditions.
9. A deposit will be deducted if any camp property is damaged or the site is left unclean.
10. Once the reservation date has been confirmed and the deposit paid, it is not possible to change it, except in cases of extreme necessity and by mutual agreement between the two parties.
11. The deposit is non-refundable except in the event of inclement weather.
12. The campsite is located in the Emirate of Dubai only. The client will be notified of the available areas at the time of booking. Please note that campsite locations are subject to change based on weather conditions or directives from the relevant authorities.
13. We must maintain the cleanliness of the site.
14. We must not light fires except in designated areas, and barbecues must be conducted only in designated areas.
15. We must keep the volume of the speakers low and avoid disturbing others.
16. We strictly prohibit the consumption of alcohol in the campsite without prior approval from us. This is subject to our terms and conditions. The tenant bears all civil and criminal liability for any violation of this condition.
17. If you are late by a quarter of an hour or more to return your session to us by the specified time, a deposit of AED 250 will be deducted from the deposit.
18. If, for example, the selected camping package includes a maximum of 15 people, and it is observed that the number of attendees exceeds this limit, this is considered a breach of the agreement. Van Camp reserves the right to forfeit the entire security deposit, in addition to any civil or criminal liability that may result from violating this condition.
19. Please keep your personal belongings safe and do not leave them in the camps. We disclaim any liability for this.
20. We (Van Camp) disclaim any liability for any violations issued by the competent authorities against you, including, but not limited to, disturbing others, using fireworks, etc. We reserve the right to claim any compensation that may be incurred as a result of these actions.
21. We (Van Camp) disclaim any liability for any personal or material injury that may be caused by the tenant due to their negligence. They are solely responsible for this towards themselves and others. We reserve the right to claim any compensation that may be incurred as a result.
22. The tenant acknowledges that they have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions, and that they have clearly understood and reviewed the details of their reservation.
23. Any other requests are subject to agreement.
